Police Gazette Boxing Corporation
EST. 8/24/2018. The Police Gazette Boxing Corporation (PGB) is the successor to the bare knuckle boxing sanctioning organization founded in 1881 doing business as “National Police Gazette,” “Police Gazette,” or “Richard K. Fox.” The organization suspended its bare knuckle sanctioning activities in 1894, but the National Police Gazette parent organization continues to this day. PGB is a partnership between the National Police Gazette and the Bare Knuckle Boxing Hall of Fame of Belfast, NY [a.k.a. Knuckle Town, U.S.A.], and venture capitalist Joseph P. Curcio. PGB is dedicated to serving the sport of bare knuckle boxing and to implementing safety measure for the protection of all boxers.
