Ms. Flanagan-Watson
Hi! My name is Carrie Flanagan-Watson and I teach Biology (Living Environment), Chemistry and Physics at Belfast Central School. I have been teaching at BCS for almost 20 years. I taught at other school districts for three years prior to joining BCS. When I am not at BCS, I am at home with my husband and children. I am a Town of Ward Town Board member and on the Allegany County Area Foundation Board of Directors. I enjoy reading and baking desserts.
